Our design services include field survey, CAD drawings of plans, elevations, and photorealistic renderings. Our team coordinates the appliance requirements. Drawings for the remodel include the following plans: demolition, walls, power, lighting, and finishes. These plans allow the homeowner and contractor to have clarity on the required scope of work needed to complete the remodel to code and meet the expectations.

We follow a proven process and schedule that typically allows a normal kitchen remodel to take 8 weeks from demolition to appliance installation. We take the cabinet delivery date as the main milestone and then work back from that date, all the required scope of work to be completed, so you don’t have to live without a kitchen longer than you have to.

Typically, the lead time for cabinetry is 7-8 weeks. In some cases with custom color or stain, it could stretch an extra week.
